Welcome to the Kaneohe AYSO Winter/Spring 2024-2025 Season

Registration forms need to be completed ONLINE by clicking on the "Register Now" (for new users) Or "Login" (for returning players)
button on the upper right-hand corner of the Sports Connect page.
Payment is done Online and will only be accepted via credit card or debit card.
NO CASH OR CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT OUR WALK-IN REGISTRATION.
What to bring to the FORM DROP OFF Registration:
1. One copy of the Kaneohe Player Information Form (found on Home page under Important documents or bottom
of this Registration Info page under Links & in the confirmation email sent to you once registration is completed).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Your registration IS NOT COMPLETE until you attend the Drop Off registration event (Nov. 16th) and submit a signed hard copy of your child's registration and concussion forms and check in at our uniform station to be fitted for a uniform (10/12U and new 6/8U players).
WE WILL LAPTOPS or PRINTERS available for registering your child at our Form Drop Off Site. There maybe a wait to use these services. Forms ideally must be completed before coming to our Drop Off Site.

*Registration fee does not include the National Player Fee of $25.00 for every NEW player and a $2.75 transaction feethat will be added on to the registration fee upon checkout.
REFUND POLICY?
All requests for a refund must be submitted to the Registrar (
[email protected]) in writing to officially withdraw from the program. Download
the Request Request Form from the Winter/Spring Registration Tab, fill out and email. Deadlines for refunds area as follows:
4U and 5U Divisions
Full Refund: Up to November 30, 2024
Partial Refund of $15: December 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024
No Refund from January 1, 2025
6U to 19U Divisions
Partial Refund of $15: On or before November 30, 2024
No Refund from: December 1, 2024
*The refund does NOT include the AYSO National Player Fee ($25/player) or Transaction Fee $2.75 which is not reimbursable.
